Maintaining Excellence in HP Buildings

A high performance building is a journey, not a destination, and very often the mile stones in this journey are achieved in incremental steps. Although the focus is often on energy performance, the state of “High-Performance” is much broader, and encompasses all aspects of buildings operations. It integrates and optimizes all major high-performance building attributes including: energy and water efficiency, waste management, durability, life-cycle performance, occupant comfort and productivity.

Whether one is at the beginning of the journey or well down the path, it is critical that such high-performance buildings are operated and maintained properly in order to maximize the ROI.

Our expert panel of industry leaders will share their insights and discuss various strategies to maintain and continuously improve performance.
